I really enjoyed playing this game. I was waiting on new levels to play since I beat level 600 months ago. Playing the Mayor League started to get boring so I took a break from using MayorMatch . I tried to go check and see if there were new levels today and MayorMatch wouldn’t load and it froze. I though it would had fixed the issue after it got updated, but after the update it took me back to the beginning. I lost all my money which was a lot and I lost over 50 stars that I had just waiting to use on the new tasks when they became available. I ended up back at level 1. I refuse to start over at this point and it doesn’t matter because even from the beginning the game freezes after the Mayor talks to his son and takes you to the house view from outside. I suggest remove the game until all the errors and bugs are fixed or you will continue to lose players and ratings. I have decided to delete MayorMatch and no longer play it. Also cut back on all the ADs. There are too many. They pop up after every level win or lose.

I found this game about six weeks ago and fell in love with it immediately. Then I get told on the game to spend $9.99 on the golden ticket so I would get no ads and eight lives and all this other stuff so I do it even though I thought it was expensive and we can half later I get the same thing please spend $9.99 to get the golden ticket to get no ads in eight lives. I thought it was a glitch and ended up paying it and I was like wow that’s ridiculous. Then two nights ago I get the same thing again spend $9.99 to get the golden ticket so that you can have no ads and eight lives and the other stuff. I sent them an email complaining about that and got no response and I am disgusted beyond belief because that is highway robbery so the game is good but that is not right, so that is why I’m giving it one star.

First, the developers do not update levels past 601
Second, there are more bugs than you can count. The latest one being that it doesn’t show you on a team when you are, therefore, you can’t request any helps unless you join another team. If you search for the team you are on, it shows you listed but asks you to join it.
Third, there is no way to report all of the issues. It takes you to a website where the game isn’t listed and puts you in circles.
I am so over this game and think it needs to be removed from MayorMatch Store until the developers get it together.

This is saying I have no WiFi or data connection I am at home on my very high speed WiFi I do not want to leave this score bc I play your other game Royal Match which is the only game I play right now but this will not work for nothing. I use my full bar data fine on Royal Match but when I tried to start I downloaded, accepted conditions and then it says sorry no WiFi please connect. I even connected to my husbands phone nothing not one device, WiFi or two phones with great data coverage T-Mobile and a Verizon still says no WiFi please connect. It’s your game trying to get your attention so it can be fixed thankssss

PLAYER BEWARE!!! This game is ridiculous, just like the customer service. I’ve had so many issues, to numerous to list, with this game and have spent more money than I should playing it. Previously when I contacted customer service I was ignored for a very long time. Then I received a message stating they are working on the issue. Never was I reimbursed for anything thing. MayorMatch needs to be reported to Apple for the way they take your money but don’t reimburse you when there is a persistent problem. NOW THERE IS NO OPTION IN MayorMatch TO CHAT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. THAT SHOULD BE A BIG RED SIGN FOR ANYONE THINKING ABOUT PLAYING THIS GAME! There are plenty others like this game and they don’t have all the problems this one has!!!

For approximately the last 30 days, every time Wagering Waters is available to participate in, I continually experience the game freezing up. It always, ALWAYS, occurs as soon as I complete either the 8th amd/or 9th level of the Wagering Waters challenge. I win the level, Mayor Match gives me the thumbs up, and then…game freeze! So frustrating. The situation as I have described it as happened to me on at least eight different occasions. Because of these game glitches, I have lost countless resources trying to regain what was stolen from me. I would also like to add that it is definitely a game glitch because my app is always updated on my phone and I have an iPhone 13 so to say that it is not my phone that is the issue. I think maybe the developers of major match should spend a little more time trying to fix these bugs and a little less time getting these ads to pop up within MayorMatch to try to sell you things. Maybe then it wouldn’t freeze up so much.

I paid $4.99 for “no ads” twice. The first time after I paid, the game crashed and when it came back up I still had ads so like an idiot I paid another $4.99 for “no ads” a second time and I still have ads!!! Apple billed me for both and won’t give me my money back and they won’t give me a reason why. They just say I’m not eligible for a refund! I didn’t get a product I paid for so how doesn’t that qualify?!?! Now they don’t even respond to me when I want a valid explanation why. I also emailed “support” through the game settings and BIG SURPRISE, no reply from them at all!! Lesson learned, these apps & Apple apparently can get away with stealing your money and there’s nothing you can do about it.

I don’t know if it’s honestly bad programming or if it’s a deliberate attempt to get players to spend money but MayorMatch craps out regularly and at the worst times, especially when an achievement is about to be unlocked. I like this kind of game so I’m going to keep playing until I run out of game coins and boosts, then I’ll delete it and move on. Update-it’s been a while since it froze or ended in the middle of a level, but it’s been ages since an update so it’s getting boring. Is this company still in business? It’s a good game so hoping all is well and an update is coming!
Update again: revised rating from 5 stars to 1 star. No updates, still losing progress at worst moments and now I’m locked out of participating in challenges , getting error message to check my connection, which isn’t the issue.

The game itself is better for kids, people who don’t like chat, and like candy crush and all those other games. It’s very slow!! Tapping twice just to get a power piece to move. Not being able to have the mayor call you by a name of your choosing. We are all just “ROBIN”, The team names, are very weird. It is just like Royal Match. (Way easier, outdated and needs a little work) I can see 3 or 4 lines pop up above the game box, everytime I make a move. It’s a circus theme in the game followed by the mayor who does nothing, and makes the community do everything. it’s politicly correct in that sense. - my review

I was super excited to find this game after playing Royal Match and hating that the only way to advance was to make purchases. It’s a great game with a great storyline, purchases aren’t super expensive, rewards for games are good etc BUT it constantly freezes up. Then when it freezes you lose your consecutive wins, your supercharged colorbomb etc. Many people have complained about it freezing but no response from the company makes me think maybe it’s not worth playing anymore. More than willing to change my rating if the bugs could get fixed

Ability to reset all the way to level one. Lost a 282 streak to level 311 from Father Busts that didn’t go into the bags despite being at the bottom. Want to reset the game so I can reacquire my streak from the very beginning.

Also, after this level, spent my stars I was saving until my streak ended. Got stopped at Ms. Pinkerton’s house with no more tasks, more coming soon. Relaunched the game and the story skipped. Was already finishing David / Veronica’s dialogue without having context who they were, or any pretext for Veronica’s toxic personality. Need a save game reset, so I can go back through the story proper.

I have only played it a few days, but MayorMatch has a lot of bugs. The game is pretty standard and hits all those dopamine boosts, and you can build rewards for consecutive wins. However, whenever I have a streak of wins and have built up the rewards, MayorMatch crashes, and it resets to zero wins, meaning you lose the rewards that you get for consecutive wins. Conveniently, those rewards are available for purchase. Personally, I would not consider making any in-app purchases until I feel comfortable that the bugs are fixed and the game won’t arbitrarily take away things that you earn.

I’d like to be able to contact support before writing a review … but they don’t have it in MayorMatch !!! I used to enjoy the weekend play because that’s when the Colorbomb Clash was available, but now, it no longer works. Just stuck on “ Free game” that goes nowhere. Also the higher the levels, the fewer moves. With all of the objects to destroy needing a minimum of 3 hits, and less than 25 moves, it’s barely winnable without spending money. Takes the joy completely away. it’s awful when ads make games seem like fun but the game is nothing like it … sad .. this was supposed to beat Royal Match, which also does the bait and switch on what games you can play, and both are dreadful. Hope they fix it.

I do love this game and would give it five stars; however, this game still has a lot of bugs that need to be fixed. I’ve been playing this a game for months under “The Mayor’s League”, and have yet to see an update with new “regular” levels outside the Mayor’s League. The game randomly just restarts in the middle of game play and you loose your position and incentives for passing each level consecutively. Also, if I’m in the middle of a game, but stop to take care of something, if I don’t immediately back to the game it just restarts which leads to losing your position and incentives again. This is very frustrating to say the least. When will we see new levels outside of the Mayor’s League? When will these bugs be fixed? I would give this game five stars but the bugs and lack of updates deterred me.

I love play this game more than royal match. The game are super awesome but one thing I don’t like is that his game often froze and reset everything a lot. Once it froze, everything go back to zero and you have to play again and again plus I have two events that is froze on the screen. I can click on it, but I cannot collect the winning price and I don’t know how to erase or when it will disappear and start a new event. Sometimes I got first place, but cannot collect the price it just gone. I can’t find any place how to contact the developer so I hope this will reach the developer and Help fix the issue.

I found this game after frustration over the scam that is Royal Match. I really enjoy playing this game. It has all the fun of Royal Match without the frustration. The game rewards players in a variety of ways with consecutive wins which is great except for one huge glitch I’m experiencing: the game will shut off at random & when I turn it back on, I have lost the level I had been playing plus all of my consecutive wins & perks for those wins. I haven’t found a way on MayorMatch to contact support so I’m leaving this review in hopes of a helpful response from the developer & a solution to my issue so that I can continue playing the game & recommend it to others.

I love these kinds of games because the ads were not videos and I could play continuously for hours. Suddenly I got to a certain level and they became impossible to beat on the first try… it would take me 27-30 times to try and beat the level before paying the 900 coins for additional moves. It started to get really frustrating when I’d lose the golden color bomb in the next level I got because I wouldn’t get any matches I needed. It also got glitchy where it would over heat my phone and it would close out the game and when I reopen it the color bomb would be gone. Royal match is much better than this, just harder to get the perks and coins, but much smoother than this game

Love the game but I don’t know if I want to play it because it is too annoying when I have to restart almost every day, I clear the field but it doesn’t register it or I can’t move a piece which is especially annoying when you have to move that specific piece to the bottom! Sometimes it just kicks me out restarts on it own and I lose all of my progress! It could be THE best game if you can fix it!

Update…. I did the update today and the bugs are still not fixed. I still can’t not play. It still says I need to complete the tasks before I can play.

I am on level 1901 and it states I have to compete all tasks in order to play. There are no tasks. I have updated MayorMatch and rebooted my i phone. Idk what is going on. Please fix. I love this game but there are a lot of issues with freezing and now I can’t play.

I needed a new puzzle game and this is just right. Something to play while my tv plays in the background to keep off of social media lol. A few bugs, such as trying to search for a team…. When searching, it immediately responds with, “Connection lost.” I’m sure this will be fixed soon. GREAT GAME! Thank you to the Creators. Much Aloha to you all! 😁🤙🏽
