1 year agoYour app does not record any call on top of that my payment got deducted out of my account. If your app itself is not working then why did you collect the amount from my account ? Either fix your app issue or refund my money at the earliest.

1 year agoI downloaded this app and forgot to unsubscribe and was charged $75 and some change,when I realized I immediately canceled and Uninstaller it while the transaction was still pending,I would like to know if I could get my money back especially because I haven't had the service of it and wont be using it now or in the future.i would truly appreciate if I could get a refund

Awkward app that is cumbersome to use.
Doesn’t work at all like the Android version—which I love. Won’t delete the account, which means I CANT QUIT, really? I’ve tried 5 times to go through the sign in, verify, get the 6 digit code from the messaging app, go back to cube and type it in AND…NOTHING HAPPENS! Also, the only recording option is on iCloud. The App Store pitch is that Google drive is an option. If so, I couldn’t find it Now it won’t let me verify my number bc I’ve tried too many times, so I can’t even sign in to the app. Wouldn’t that be great on a busy day with lots of calls? Why do I need to sign in every time I tap the cube icon to start recording? If I uninstall the app, I’m afraid they’ll charge my card the $50 anyway, What a horrible, frustrating experience!
