Hi do anybody here knows if cube ACR invents names to put.. i mean for example it shows in my recording from cube ACR they put the name RECTANGLE so i checked my messenger because the recording says i called from my messenger but all i know i dont have a RECTANGLE in my messenger contacts.. and i remember i was out that day and time it was raining and was waiting for a bus and from the recording you can hear that the caller is outside and you can hear rain so i guess that was me calling from my messenger but why put RECTANGLE? I have to ask because i have a boyfriend who goes thtough my cellphone and be asking question who is this blah blah blah..

As of today my recorder isn't recording nor is it saying who called. How do we fix this??

Your app does not record any call on top of that my payment got deducted out of my account. If your app itself is not working then why did you collect the amount from my account ? Either fix your app issue or refund my money at the earliest.

I downloaded this app and forgot to unsubscribe and was charged $75 and some change,when I realized I immediately canceled and Uninstaller it while the transaction was still pending,I would like to know if I could get my money back especially because I haven't had the service of it and wont be using it now or in the future.i would truly appreciate if I could get a refund

His app is wasted time wasted money. I got charged for a week and it was supposed to be a free week. Don’t even say in there like all the other apps that you know works by merging calls for conference calls happens if you don’t have a conference call feature or you can’t use it like I’m on a plan and they don’t let you merge calls and all, then won’t give you your money back for it
Complaint regarding CUBE app

This is the send time I’ve had a problem with the app and I haven’t gotten responses.
I could not open an important interview which I recorded to listen and personally transcribe. When I tried to send a message to the support@apps within the CUBE app, the arrow button would not send. I took screenshots of the message and sent to the address site given by regular Text. I have not gotten a response and time is crucial. They do not provide a phone number to be able to call a Help Line. It is very frustrating!
