First of all, the ad that prompted me to download this game was a total lie. Strike one. They advertise being the doctor or nurse working closely on an issue for a patient and that RARELY happens. They give you several easy ones in the beginning, but then it just keeps saying the next one will unlock “soon” and never does (I went through several different hospital locations without a single unlock). What they really want to rope you into doing is playing this ridiculous farce running around a hospital as the ONLY nurse in the building doing everything for everyone. The coins and gems you earn are nowhere near enough to purchase the upgrades you need to make winning each level even feasible as you get into harder levels. Which forces you to either spend a bunch of money on packs of gems and coins to do the upgrades or just keep playing the same level forever and never getting anywhere. Even the boosts are useless when they start forcing your nurse to go up and down escalators or elevators so her speed just vanishes while she’s stuck on those. They WANT it to be so frustrating that you cave and spend cash on their game. NO THANK YOU AND GOOD DAY SIRS! 😡

This game can be fun the problem is though that they have a pop up window at the end of each level to spend gems. If you are not careful you can accidentally click on it and immediately lose 50 gems. I do not recommend spending real money on this game because of this issue. It needs to be fixed by giving an option and asking you if you want to spend 50 gems. I have lost 200 gems because of this very reason. Very disappointing!!! Also the cover photo for the game is pretty gross and makes the game look less appealing and doesn’t make me want to try the game out. Change the photo back to the image with the nurse and doctors it’s much better and more appealing to the eye. People will engage more of you change it back and also remove the pop up of the gems being automatically removed when the button is accidentally pressed at the end. Either remove it or change it to do you want to spend 50 gems to finish the level? It’s much more honest and people will want to play it more. You should use these suggestions if you want more customers and engagement with the game

this game used to be genuinely very fun and challenging, but it has become such a money grab i’m almost to the point of deleting it. i used to enjoy getting to play this game daily, but as i’ve advanced (not sure if this is similar for new users or just advancing) it is IMPOSSIBLE to complete any levels. your doctors start our costing 1000 coins to upgrade but they’re only willing to give you 200 coins for completing the level. and if you fail it with 199 coins, they only give you 19 or the option to double coins for watching an ad (38 coins). you will be able to advance the first couple levels, but then they continually add things to upgrade along with your doctors so it becomes impossible to advance without spending real money. no matter if you win or lose in this game, there is no way to mindlessly enjoy it without paying, and it’s so blatantly obvious at this point it’s kind of gross, especially because it’s advertised for children 12+ /:

also, if you are downloading this game from an ad that interested you, it is probably fake! have seen tons of ads displaying game play that is no where to be found in this app, which is also very misleading and gross
