Developers should be ashamed. This app feels like it’s from 2010. Update this trash and bring it up to modern standards.

This app is really bad. It constantly says failed to connect and you can’t see the cameras. There’s no way to fix it unless you’re the installer, which I’m not. So then it turns into a waiting game for them to fix it. This happens monthly and is a royal pain for such an expensive system. Ring is reliable and much cheaper. My very inexpensive Blink cameras function better with the app. I would avoid this and move to something reliable.
