Hard to use

Never use FamilyTracker and they charge me for it. I request a refund and they never returned it back to me. They charge me 2999 and Apples not doing anything now. Do you think that’s fair that accompany just goes in charges you after they I did not use it.

How to get in touch with customer service

Notifications don’t work. Customer service told me to make sure notifications were on. I wouldn’t have contacted them if notifications were off.

My husband and I have this and it is not tracking my phone nor my husbands. It will sporadically tell you where they are then for the rest of the day it’ll say you’re somewhere else even though you just passed by there in the morning. it is not tracking 90% of the time absolutely useless and frustrating.

I’m only giving FamilyTracker a 1 because 0 isn’t an option! It’s not worth the money I spent! Most of the time the “wheel spins” and there are no places listed for any family members. Very disappointed!

Doing the seven day free trial, and will likely cancel due to very poor interface. I can see my wife on a broad scope map, but when I try to zoom in to get her exact location, FamilyTracker automatically zooms me out again terrible product.

Too difficult to add places or change profile. Does not update very often or track location very well. Super disappointed.

Need to view in satellite mode also

I am disappointed in FamilyTracker. Although it can track someone it is not in constant "real" time. Example : It will tell me last updated two hours ago. WRONG answer when my daughter is in NYC and I am trying to find her location with this friggin' app.

Does what’s needed. Would like live updates, seeing the mark move rather than delayed updates.

Oh you can track oh so much and not soo much

I can see where my family is at all times, allowing me to keep track my children!! FamilyTracker allows me to see exactly where they are, how fast they are travelling and a bunch of other features to lengthy to list!! I highly recommend FamilyTracker to anybody looking to do the same!

So far it’s good, I love that it alerts me right away all the time, I believe it’s a very good app, so far the best I have experienced.

Has been helpful in assisting with identifying where my family and friends are by the tracking feature. Love it!

This is a very well developed app, only problem is live tracking is slow. My son went on a bike ride the other day, it said he was on one street but really he was on another. The tracker was not keeping up with him. Definitely need to fix that, I want to know where someone is in real time. Paul from Chico Ca
