Not tracking

My husband and I have this and it is not tracking my phone nor my husbands. It will sporadically tell you where they are then for the rest of the day it’ll say you’re somewhere else even though you just passed by there in the morning. it is not tracking 90% of the time absolutely useless and frustrating.
They fraudulently charge my account

Never use the app and they charge me for it. I request a refund and they never returned it back to me. They charge me 2999 and Apples not doing anything now. Do you think that’s fair that accompany just goes in charges you after they I did not use it.
Poor interface

Doing the seven day free trial, and will likely cancel due to very poor interface. I can see my wife on a broad scope map, but when I try to zoom in to get her exact location, the app automatically zooms me out again terrible product.
