4 Most reported problems 😔💔
I have been trying to cancel the free trial for Transkriptor without success. My bank account was charged $127.49 on 5/30/25. I do not want a subscription and need that withdrawal reversed and funds put back in my Chase Bank checking account today. That transaction has prevented the auto deduction of a legitimate monthly payment to another vendor. Please help!
They lie about free option

The description for this app says that you can transcribe for free, but you really can’t. I put in my file and it transcribed part of it, in a way I couldn’t access and said downloading it or exporting it is a “premium feature” sure, I guess you can sort of transcribe for free but you can’t use or access the transcription, it’s misleading and wasted my time, so 1 star sorry, don’t claim to be free when your not.

Says free subscription to start but won’t give you the option to ever cancel. I tried to cancel on the app and on my laptop. Their directions never got you to a cancel button. I translated audio to text using Microsoft word.
I deleted my account, but because they billed me three weeks prior to the trial period end, the title on this review says it all.
Didn’t work. Laptop and iPhone.

There is a limit of the trial version of only about 5 minutes. It transcribed 2 words. Dumping it from my phone and laptop. Don’t waste your time.
