I’m using 5 different app which all count my daily steps walked. Four of of 5 app are saying the same number of steps l, however the CashWalk app doesn’t record a fifth of my true numbers. That’s cheating me of my well deserved coins. I’ve got an iPhone 13. Please let me know how to fix it. Thanks.

How to fix CashWalk app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the CashWalk app on iPhone
Update CashWalk app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall CashWalk iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix CashWalk on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve CashWalk network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

CashWalk Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix CashWalk not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the CashWalk App
1. On android, goto Settings » CashWalk » click [Force Stop]

Update CashWalk to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear CashWalk App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » CashWalk » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart CashWalk.

Fix CashWalk unable to contact server/ CashWalk internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click CashWalk » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto CashWalk » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch CashWalk
