Not sure why they didn’t just update the previous app, but ok. The new app has some new additions that are nice. Gym card now is available in the Apple Wallet, however, because it isn’t NFC and instead is a barcode to scan, it doesn’t show the barcode on the Apple Watch Wallet - preventing you from being able to leave your phone at home and only using the Apple Watch. It takes a long time to prep your workouts and you aren’t able to prep the reps you plan to do prior to the workout. You have to start the workout before you can record your reps. I have a schedule that I would be willing to transfer to their app but because there isn’t an import feature, it takes a long time to do, and you can’t prepare your workouts prior, it makes it completely useless to me. I don’t ever open the app now because of the lack of these features.

The new and improved app can’t be used by me and many others. A password reset to be able to log in doesn’t work. If you’re lucky enough to get an email for the password reset, the link takes you to a blank screen, no matter the device or browser that is used. The URL even states the portal is inactive. I’ve worked in IT for 6 years , and I’ve never seen anything worse. No one knows how to help, you get the same answer each time …just request a password reset. Wouldn’t it make more sense to give customers a temporary password in the fitness center, then when they log in, give them the option to create a new password. IT 101.

So you updated the whole app and make users download a whole new one. My app was working fine. I use it to checkin at the gym. I go in yesterday and then I look at it kicked me out of the app. Then I try to login and it stays wrong user/pw. I logged on to my web account fine with same credentials. Then I reset password from app. Click on email link and goes to a blank screen. I tried on a computer and same issue. Then I find I have to download a “new app”. Just tried to login again and the the same issue. What’s going on. Have you deleted my who account. I need this to work so I don’t have to carry my keys.
