My Tonhub has not been sending or receiving any transactions since last 1 week I had Ton, I just transitioned it and it is still not cutting. And I have sent Ton to a person but it has not reached him yet. Please fix this issue as soon as possible

How to fix Tonhub app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Tonhub app on iPhone
Update Tonhub app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Tonhub iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Tonhub on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Tonhub network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Tonhub Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Tonhub not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Tonhub App
1. On android, goto Settings » Tonhub » click [Force Stop]

Update Tonhub to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Tonhub App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Tonhub » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Tonhub.

Fix Tonhub unable to contact server/ Tonhub internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Tonhub » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Tonhub » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Tonhub
