The app went downhill

Last year, I could follow runners without an issue. This year, the app provided splits for some of the runners but never updated even after the runner finished. (And I knew the runner had finished by following them of Facebook.) I assumed that the server was overwhelmed. However, the next day, the data on the app still didn’t update. Disappointing
Totally screwed

Stopped updating without warning. Didn’t start up again until our cousin was passed us. Complete waste!!
Tracking part of the app doesn’t work.

Reinstalled the App 3 times. The tracking app, reason to use it in the first place, doesn’t work.
