Hi, this is Ida Lote. I am currently subscribing to Totureva, but as I no longer need the service I would like to cancel my subscription. On the Tutoreva website, it is stated that subscriptions to the service can be canceled anytime, however, I cannot find the option to cancel my subscription anywhere on the website. The only option is to delete the account, but this does not necessarily mean the subscription stops. I am in desperate need of help with canceling my subscription to the service, as it is still taking money from my bank account. Please help me delete my subscription.

I just paid 22.76………then I paid 13.99………….And I can’t ask your AI a question? Its wanting more money. Exactly what did I pay for if I cant use your app? You can refund my money if I cant ask any questions

So I had sent an email to cancel my membership and I continue to keep getting charges for four months after that—$15 monthly. I called my bank and I submitted a dispute and I wanted to get them blocked from charging again because I was done using the app. I thought that was over until my sister wanted to use the app for her education so then she used my dad‘s credit card on it and bought the one year subscription for $80 so since we’ve changed it to the one year annual of $80 which comes out to seven dollars a month—$7.99, why am I continuously still being charged on my debit card (not my dads who set up the $80 annual) the $15 month-to-month when I already contacted the app to cancel and charging the card that is continuously being charged—$15 monthly. This is so ridiculous to continuously keep happening after months with no resolution they make it so hard to cancel subscription there needs to be a button to do it on the app. Because it is borderline ILLEGAL to make it THAT hard to cancel or change cards to be charged. You are now charging me $15 AND $80 A YEAR!!!! I will be speaking to someone that I know that works in tech payments law if this keeps happening.

I recently downloaded this app just to see if you could help me with homework. It had a camera option so he could help you with homework. I then took a photo of my homework. I then sent it to the bot. After waiting a couple minutes, the bot just said it couldn’t help me with the homework. I was kinda bummed so I clicked the experts. I then clicked on the ticket button because I had a ticket. I waited for almost an hour just to get my homework answer, but sadly I didn’t get my answer to the equation. This has been going on for a many weeks. I’m not sure if my phone is broken or the bot is. I wouldn’t really recommend this app since it barely helped me, but it also taught me a life lesson. The life lesson is you can’t really make others do things you’re supposed to do. I’m sorry if this is too long but thank you for reading.

First, she is very good with homework but she needs to explain it a little easier, I know you can message her, I did that and she kept not doing the right thing which made me waste all the messages I had. Second, almost same thing, only 2 answers each day?! i mean i don’t mean to be rude but atleast 4 would be great. Third, i think you should bring back the old TutorEva, especially everything else just not the one that now she can solve every subject. Last of all, actually she can’t solve EVERY subject, I showed her my music homework but it was a waste of answer, AND I shaped, put it the correct way, straight but guess nothing so don’t tell me that i did it the wrong way, because i didn’t.

So yes! this is why only 3 stars☹️☹️
