I’m rating this a 1 star because they for some reason don’t see fit to add keyboard and mouse support for this game despite already having it on steam and knowing how to do so. The game is great but I bought it on mobile with the intent to be able to utilize my keyboard and mouse to improve my mobile gaming experience. There are quite a few games with keyboard and mouse support that are much more in depth and complicated than gunfire. It is a good game but it’s brought down by the fact that they limit the available options to play it with. There is also no way to play offline despite paying $15 for the game it’s not even like you need to play with others for the game to function. No way to restore purchases on IOS means that if you ever have to re login or an update cause problems you have to buy everything all over again and you are out whatever you paid before. Even a game that is free has this function and it speaks volumes about the game itself I’d say depending on your situation you may just end up losing everything at the cost of everything.

The home button and record screen button on the Razer Kishi are not mappable in this game. I cannot use my controller because there are not enough buttons to get all the way through the button mapping process. This game and probably the Kishi firmware have bricked my controller for Gunfire Reborn. I’ve tried to “calibrate all mappings” and I’ve tried to map the buttons individually neither work. When I enter the game none of the buttons or sticks function. I would rather not play this game without a controller.

I’m an avid fan of this game. I’ve spent many hours on console playing this. The PS5 is the way to go. But I went to go and buy one of the 1.99 characters. And the total came out to be like 9.63. This game is ripping people off. So please kindly fix this issue and reimburse the people with what you owe them. Y’all had enough money to get it to mobile after already available everywhere else. Fix this problem before it becomes a bigger problem

(Now after this comment. I’m left with another 7.50 being taken out of my account I don’t have the money for. So now I can’t download anything. I’m being charged a second time for a game I already purchased.)

Game itself should be a 4 star. However, this game has issue with connecting to the server. Half of the time, I have issue with connecting to server when game starts, while other apps work fine (not my internet issue). I’ve been reporting this issue for countless times in the game.

There seems to be no other way to fix it. Just have to try refreshing or restarting the game. It is truly a game of luck.

With the connection issue, I rate this game 2 stars. It significantly affects your gaming experience.

Love this game, played it 100+ hours back on pc an as far as mobile ports go has great on screen controls an looks/runs great but my only issue is not having any offline support an unless I skipped over that in the game info it’s not specified. Having it on the mobile is honestly amazing but the whole idea of portability is being able to play it anytime an anywhere and the idea of having to worry about a steady internet connection is a definite turn off so anyone looking into the game just know that out of the gate.

Lots of fun and I want to keep playing to unlock everything but now after a couple days of playing without a problem, I crash at in game lobby or just starting a new run. I crashed after submitting a report about the crashes. So idk if it even know if it was sent. Nothing has changed since playing with no issues but all of a sudden I can’t play now. Stuff like this that isn’t fixed soon I’ll probably lose interest in and I’ll request a refund. Paid for an app that is not something new and still has huge bugs like this idk, doesn’t seem worth time or money so far.

Great game especially for mobile as of the time of writing… (a day after release) controller support (backbone) would be really nice. The touch controls are really good. A little slow wonky depending but that’s to be expected. It’s definitely worth the price tag to be honest. Fun and fast paced and every floor is different with the loot which is nice. More levels would be great but we shall see what time brings….

I have zero qualms with this game. It’s very fun and worth the price. The only downside to this game is that you need internet to access the game. The devs keep telling people you only need internet to login and then you’re good. What that essentially means is No internet = No game so I don’t understand why they keep saying that. Aside from that though it’s perfect.

I’ve been playing the game for a couple of days and I’ve been enjoying it a lot and while I was playing I wanted to buy a new hero because I see that the price is $1.99 per hero, we’ll I buy three new hero’s thinking I’m it’s only going to be $6-8 dollars in total they charged me $7 per hero almost cost me $25 in total. I want a refund but I want this problem to be fix so no one has the same problems because this is such a great game.

I have always loved this game on pc, and now I can play it anywhere. This version is really well polished and very easy to get the hang of, even for being an fps on mobile. My only complaint is that it drains your battery but that’s to be expected since it’s almost an entire pc game ported to mobile. Really good job! And as always, I will never get over how unbelievably cute the Crown Prince is. Thank you all so much for this wonderful game.

I love this game so much! I played over 200 hours on console, but I am extremely frustrated that the console edition has not been updated. Since I don’t have a PC I had to buy it on the phone. While the mobile version is great in every aspect, I just wish you guys would update console edition as well, or at least have 505 keep the console version up to date. Great mobile port, wish I could play it on console with my friends with the up to date version but the mobile version will have to do! Keep up the good work, I will continue to support since this game is legitimately one of the best games ever made!

So I gave this a 3 star review hoping to fix the issue with my Kenshi , but there wasn’t one. Though it only says XBox and PlayStation based on it it’s XBox. Then you have to calibrate each button and control before you can use it. IT DOESNT AUTOMATICALLY CALIBRATE THE CONTROLLER. But also nobody knew that so the directional part was missing and if you mess up calibrating you gotta start over. Over all it’s a good game after the little set up.

Haven’t played this game previously and I’m seriously enjoying it. Works well with 8bitdo controller (without touching any options or setup - it just works) but this is like the only fps I have played where I’m really enjoying the touchscreen controls as well.

I think the game is fun and the amount of options (tip: switch fov to 90!) show that the developers really put effort into the port. I don’t have a bad thing to say and so it gets 5 stars.

This is the best iOS game I have ever played. It is modeled after the Borderlands series, but it is, in fact, so much better. I never have to worry about needing to pause and pick up later as it saves beautifully. The combat is fluid, fun and dynamic - the game truly never gets boring. There’s so much replayable content. I can’t recommend this game enough.

Definitely worth the price! Fun fast and clean with a good variety of skills/power ups and heroes. I have only unlocked 2 characters and 2 areas so far and it’s already worth the price of admission. The different skills each character uses adds even more replay value. Support games like this and get it! You won’t be disappointed.

Bought it as soon as it released early. So far no issues. The game runs great and has a LOT of replay value.

If you like games like Dead Cells or Enter the Gungeon, this is in the same vain except as a FPS. I really enjoy the concept and take on the roguelike genre and am looking forward to continued updates.

Gunfire Reborn was one of those games that really came out of nowhere. I found it on steam a couple years back and without understanding roguelites or being a shooter fan, I took a shot for 10 bucks. Well fast forward two years and I have purchased eleven (E L E V E N) copies on steam for my friends so I they can experience the fun and join in co-op.
The transition to IOS scared me, but I was right to trust these developers. The same incredible single player game is there. The same great co-op game is there. I play with a controller but the touch screen controls are a clever way to jam in all the mechanics.

Overall, this game was, is, and continues to be a masterclass in the genre and the epitome of early-access indie development success. Only thing even close that comes to mind is Hades (but I dont see them dropping on iOS).

Great job devs. I hope everybody reading this buys a copy because these are the dedicated game designers that the world deserves to celebrate.

It’s like a lighter borderlands, endless fun. I wasn’t sure I would enjoy not being able to keep my weapon drops because rare loot is one of my favorite game aspects, but honestly that not being the case took nothing away from this game’s enjoyment. Huge props to the creators.

Update: This game is so much fun! Plays like Doom meets Hades/Dead Cells. Great for short breaks, as the game saves after each area-level (just make sure you get to the leading screen, then it’s safe to exit). The controller set-up could definitely be a bit easier, and it would be nice to turn off more of the on-screen controls.

Original review: Took a while, but I was able to figure out how to get the set-up going for Backbone. You need to select controller (either xbox or PS) and then configure mapping. It was kind of complicated to figure out. The game looks great though and I’m excited to dive in.

I really love this game typically I don’t ever play games that I have to buy but after playing this game on my friends phone I had to buy it there’s truly no other game on GunfireReborn Store like this. One thing I would like to see is A co-op 3V3 Or free-for-all where you get battle other people online I hope they continue to expand the game and keep adding more definitely worth the purchase
