Great app everything looks good but can’t find the 2018-2023 contract the main reason I’ll be using UPSTeamsters

Opens to a white screen quite frequently. I have to force close UPSTeamsters and restart to get it to work right. Also, the “payroll calculator” needs some upgrades. Having to input the hourly rate each day is a nuisance. Most UPSers get paid the same rate every day.

Like all the extra content and info in one place, but for contract reference, the searches are far less accurate. Never had a problem pulling up the info I was looking for by keyword with the old one. Almost never works with this one, even when I find what I was looking for and the keyword is right there. Useless for quick reference or as a search aid. Hope to see that aspect improved.

Nice job, UPSTeamsters has a much nicer interface compared to the old UPS Rising app. The message center is a nice way to receive information and stay current. Keep the info coming!

-Please consider adding Face ID and biometrics for log in.
- A search all function under contract would be great. Some people forget if the language is in National, Supplement, or Rider. A blanket search like the previous app had would be great.

The payroll calculator does not work correctly. You can not put your pay rate in there correctly because it will not allow you to put a decimal and the cents. I would love to be able to use this part of UPSTeamsters ! Please fix this issue!

Need to update the screen will go white and you can’t see any content from time to time. I have to power down my phone and it works again

The manual updates thing could be better but UPSTeamsters has been a blessing to keep all members updated.

The main quick links like “grievance form” doesn’t even work. It says you have to log in to view content. I AM LOGGED IN! And I have deleted and re downloaded UPSTeamsters and it still doesn’t work. Payroll calculator also prompts you to log in even though I AM LOGGED IN!!! Fix this crap so it can function for the user.

I’m logged in, but every time I want to access anything like the contract etc., UPSTeamsters throws an error that says, “log-in to access” — to be clear: I’m logged in.

I’ve tried logging out and logging back in and deleting and reinstalling UPSTeamsters : nothing works.

I have an account and I’m logged in and I’ve been logged in before. Now all of a sudden I’m logged out and when I log in, UPSTeamsters tells me I have to log in to access anything. My Contract, Payroll calculator, etc don’t work because UPSTeamsters is a pile of garbage and doesn’t work. Fix this already

App is worthless, got a text from the union saying we could check and see what to expect our pay to be from the new contract but I can’t even open the calculator. Said to make a profile so I did and still nothing

It’s a ok app, it’s my second time I fill out info for my t shirt and never got one. Stuff like that shouldn’t be on app saying get your free shirt or anything. I’ll change it from 2 stars to 5 stars once I get my shirt.

I click on “view national master contract “ and UPSTeamsters locks up attempting to load the page. I’ve deleted, reinstalled, and restarted UPSTeamsters several times and it has the same problem every time.

I click on contract or grievance form and it say that I need to log in. I proceed to log in, I click on contract and it says that I need to log in when I’m already logged in.

Frozen on home page… states must create new account or login… no change… cannot access contract and when updated is initiated only show’s version. POOR Timing!!

Can you guys fix the payroll calculator decimal point? It does not work when inputting wages.

UPSTeamsters told me something went wrong. To uninstall and the. Reinstall. Now I can’t download it from UPSTeamsters Store. Says something went wrong when I try…

If you can’t get UPSTeamsters working after logging in, you need to select your local union branch, download the update it prompts, then download another update from the updates tab, log out, then log back in. Then it should work. Not a very intuitive process, but it should work once you do that.

Poorly designed, not intuitive, and full of bugs. The point of UPSTeamsters is to have contract on hand to deal with management.

Instead you have to jump through hoops to get UPSTeamsters to work and still can’t see the contract due to bugs.

Constant updates in app instead of through App Store make updating a huge pain that doesn’t even work sometimes. Deleting and reinstalling does not work. App requires updates even if you install from App Store. It makes no sense.

Just want to look at the contract. Says I have to log in first. I am already logged in. Tried logging out and back in. Tried reopening UPSTeamsters . Tried reinstalling UPSTeamsters . Doesn’t work… I downloaded and installed an update through UPSTeamsters . Now it wants me to apply it. Says there’s an error every time. UPSTeamsters should update automatically like every other app…

App won’t update correctly. Keeps saying error during download. After a two reinstall attempts now, app won’t even allow me to view our contact after logging in. Keeps saying log in to see your contract and still won’t update.

Please fix the bug.

Worked good for contract. Now it won’t pull up contract. Says need to log in even though I already am. Also has an update. And it won’t let you apply content as it says error downloading content.

I was downloaded it today and created an account but i can’t use UPSTeamsters some features are not allow me to open it (such as the calculator and the local area) its say i need to long in BUT i already did! So i logged out and log back in again 3 times still doesn’t work so i don’t know what’s going on…please check it if its have some bug or something.

Since the contract has been ratified, UPSTeamsters has completely been useless. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it 5 or more times. I login and when I go to view my content it says to download new content. I click the download icon and it says there’s some sort of error. Shows me an image that says I need to login before I can see the content. I am logged in every time I try. Frustrated and wondering why UPSTeamsters is no longer useful. Was it’s purpose to score a yes vote??

Once the new contract got ratified, UPSTeamsters has been unusable. Will not update to apply new content, will not display any information, and you can’t even login anymore. hopefully everyone has their books handy because you can’t rely on UPSTeamsters to figure out what grievance you need any more.

Full of glitches and errors. Does not let me update UPSTeamsters . It would be better if all updates were through UPSTeamsters Store. I can’t see new content because of this . Also it says go log in when I’m already logged in. Just terrible.

I’m not sure what is going on with UPSTeamsters but it will not update. Other than that it’s a great app.

Everything was working fine until the latest update leaves you with a blank screen. Hello, please wake up and fix it!
