Simple Enough

Quick easy way to see my account info, including rewards points. Seems that you may need to have an account setup already in order to use ZenLeaf , so mine recognized my phone number and I was quickly logged in!

Terrible app and horrendous management

Staff would not honor the special as advertised in ZenLeaf . Absolutely ridiculous to create an app and advertise and not honor the specials! But I guess that $6 y’all saved from not honoring this, was worth losing a loyal customer, who has spent over $5,000 on products since 1/2/21. Thank you for your false advertisements, wasted time, and terrible customer service and attitude. I won’t be back and NEITHER will my friends.

You have to register for their rewards program on the website in order for ZenLeaf to work.

Terrible So Far

I have spent hundreds of dollars in the last month and haven’t received a single reward point. ZenLeaf is completely empty. Not a single contact info anywhere, yet when I contact their website, they tell me to contact ZenLeaf support. I am looking to switch dispensaries.

App will not accept pin registration

I’ve tried over and over. Deleted app and downloaded again. It will not accept the pin they send me. Waist of time

ZenLeaf is updated somewhat. But Pennsylvania is not listed as one of their programs. How do I access my account.

I miss the TerraVida app. That at least worked and never glitched.

Can’t choose a state.

Fail

Right out of the gate, the first thing it does is take my phone number and text me a code to get into ZenLeaf . But I can’t tap CONTINUE after entering the code. The button doesn’t work.

Can’t get it to work. I get the code sent to me fine. Than after putting in the code nothing happens. I can’t do anything.
