Staff would not honor the special as advertised in ZenLeafRewards . Absolutely ridiculous to create an app and advertise and not honor the specials! But I guess that $6 y’all saved from not honoring this, was worth losing a loyal customer, who has spent over $5,000 on products since 1/2/21. Thank you for your false advertisements, wasted time, and terrible customer service and attitude. I won’t be back and NEITHER will my friends.

Can’t get it to work. I get the code sent to me fine. Than after putting in the code nothing happens. I can’t do anything.

Right out of the gate, the first thing it does is take my phone number and text me a code to get into ZenLeafRewards . But I can’t tap CONTINUE after entering the code. The button doesn’t work.

I have spent hundreds of dollars in the last month and haven’t received a single reward point. ZenLeafRewards is completely empty. Not a single contact info anywhere, yet when I contact their website, they tell me to contact ZenLeafRewards support. I am looking to switch dispensaries.

Quick easy way to see my account info, including rewards points. Seems that you may need to have an account setup already in order to use ZenLeafRewards , so mine recognized my phone number and I was quickly logged in!
