Terrible app and horrendous management

Staff would not honor the special as advertised in the app. Absolutely ridiculous to create an app and advertise and not honor the specials! But I guess that $6 y’all saved from not honoring this, was worth losing a loyal customer, who has spent over $5,000 on products since 1/2/21. Thank you for your false advertisements, wasted time, and terrible customer service and attitude. I won’t be back and NEITHER will my friends.

I have spent hundreds of dollars in the last month and haven’t received a single reward point. This app is completely empty. Not a single contact info anywhere, yet when I contact their website, they tell me to contact the app support. I am looking to switch dispensaries.
