If this was supposed to be an upgrade from one hub mobile it has failed miserably. Now April 3rd I am finding mplans as far back as 3.16 under the late tab on the dashboard that said complete in Amp with the caveat of incorrect date. (Supervisor mplans require no date) unable to open and complete the mplan in question when checking the pc scheduler (mvretail) the said mplan reads as in progress. This could not be more confusing. On top of that there are times multiple team members have not been able to check in to the club. It’s non reactive and very slow. This is not efficient considering we may have 10 to 15 reports to do by eod. I spend more time watching Amp role and having to close out and restart Amp than we ever had to with 1 hub. Disappointing and frustrating to say the least.
Approximately how many times is it acceptable to tell us to delete and redownload Amp to get it to work? Literally wasting my time away “troubleshooting” an app that isn’t even developed correctly. It constantly loads empty mplans, or greyed out questions I can’t click on to answer. EVEN AFTER all the trouble shooting steps.
UI is much better if only it worked. Can’t check in or sync
All my co-workers don’t have issues with their app but I do. I have an IPhone 14 Pro Max and it gets stuck. I’ve reinstalled Amp 4x and still does the same. It’s so frustrating.
not letting me clock out! shows i'm clocked out but next day i'll open up app to it saying failed to clock out and was automatically logged out please fix ASAP!
Omg I checked the next work shift and was day after the following - it was not correct and I was a no show no call the next day - !!!
Absolute waste of time and money. It took an hour to do 7 m-plans, just loading and freezing and jumping around. Seems more efficient to do everything by paper at this point.
Why can’t I checkout nor clock out when I am not near the location? This is ridiculous. What am I suppose to do when my phone battery ran out during work? Waste my time waiting in the car as my phone charge or manager time resetting my amplan?
One hub was so easy to navigate and use Amp is horrible even my lead has to resort to using 1HUB again.
Terrible predatory app. Tracks my location even when Amp is turned off. Syncing/Uploading errors constantly. Requires constant opening and closing, else it freezes or fails. Amp barely responds to button clicks. Coworkers have constant issues. I only have Amp because work requires it.
Full of glitches, freezing, not forwarding to next questions, etc etc etc. was told my Movista a month ago they were fixing all the issues, but nothing has changed. As Team Lead, I have had to go back to 1Hub just to my daily work. Crossmark was sold a bill of goods on this switch. Horribly work app.
Amp doesn’t always work. You could
be doing work and you get to the “question” part and sometimes they don’t light up to answer, sometimes it will go to the prior page, occasionally it works on the first try. Today it wouldn’t let me attach a photo unless I gave access to all my photos. You have to wait to be able to completely sign out allowing them to folllow you.
Amp is the worst so far it won’t let me stay checked in when I’m trying to answer the survey and report time worked I have to keep using work arounds it won’t load the survey question half the time one hub was working just fine I don’t understand where someone got the bright idea to fix an app that wasn’t broken and replace it with an app that is nothing but problems,an update was issued already but it didn’t fix any of the issues
this app= Always Making Problems. Amp is horrible. Not in the least bit “user friendly”. Consistently glitches, gives errors, runs slow, access issues with photo’s, drains your battery even more than 1Hub, etc. I am a supervisor and Amp has ONLY created more work and interruptions of my daily work because each of my employees either have difficulty using it or one the issues mentioned above occurs. Seriously, whoever the developers are or IT is for Amp, please “get on your game”. Please fix some of the coding, you can tell by the reviews that it is driving people nuts!
For some reason Amp will not work on my IPhone 14. It does work on my IPad. Developer could not resolve the problem. Every time I spoke with someone I was told to do the same thing over again…..delete and reload app, verify settings, turn phone on and off and verify my telephone software was up to date. They were searching Google to resolve the problem. It was suggested for me to turn off my Apple Watch. The suggestion was made that it might be the operating system. I didn’t have this problem with 1Hub.
Amp is ok, except for the way work history is displayed. I would rather see work history listed by day instead of going through a seven day list of all events.
Besides it being a bit slow, the only other thing is that I wish it had the event title while on question mode. Sometimes I have to look away to do something else and then when I come back to Amp , I am not sure what I am on. The OneHub at least still had the title while on question mode.
