Every time I try using the FCM app, it is so cumbersome and lengthy that I wonder if it’s preferable to do literally anything else besides use FCMPlat. Does FCM want me to miss my flight because of this anti- efficient/ fast/ easy/ sensible log-in process? I honestly think so. No travel agency makes it this difficult to access info on a phone app— I wonder the # of people who have missed their flights and bookings because of this horrible user experience.

I only suffer through FCM’s services (is this even called a service if it’s so hard to use?) because I have to for work. But even then, I try accessing FCMPlat as little as possible because it is just too difficult for logging in. FCM app programmers— if the goal was to stop people from wanting to use your app, A+ on a job well done.

FCMPlat does not keep me logged in and whenever i go to book or view an item, it redirects me to a webpage. What is the point of FCMPlat if I can not use anyone of the functions in FCMPlat itself

Slow and hard to use.

Can’t use FCMPlat because the SSO login sends me to a browser for login and then never goes back to FCMPlat . I don’t have a PW for FCMPlat /FCM other than SSO, so I can’t use FCMPlat .

Password registration does not work with my work email address.

How can one use an application if one cannot achieve access to it?

Cannot register no matter what I try. Different phones, computers, browsers, emails... Can't even access FCMPlat because I can't register for it.

So I can no longer log into FCMPlat !

FCMPlat and the website are very very poorly done. Slow, confusing, just low quality. They put the cabin emissions in there to look modern, but it clutters up the screen.

I literally can not use FCMPlat. When I try to log in with my company SSO, it kicks me to the web browser and never returns to FCMPlat , making FCMPlat 100% useless.

Use single sign on and everyone I leave FCMPlat I get logged back out. It has gotten to the point where the website forces me into FCMPlat and it is not usable. Deleting and going web only until it improves.

FCMPlat works less than a third of the time I try to use it. Often says its an unrecognized email and I cant login. I have to delete FCMPlat and reinstall it and then buttons wont work to make a selection so you can only get so far before ending in frustration (and no reservations). The only option is to call and face a lengthy hold time for an expensive call for someone to make a simple car rental or flight reservation for you (we have to use FCM for company travel or I would book elsewhere). A travel app that almost never works from a mobile phone is useless, 1 star is too high but it wouldn't let me pick 0.

If your company is thinking about migrating to this platform, please reconsider. iPad app is garbage and doesn’t work. iPhone app just sends you to a webpage that is poorly designed. Several issues with my accounts, finding available hotels, and getting support. Hard pass.

Recently my company changed corporate travel agent. Our previous agent had an excellent app and with the level of travel I do annually, I reply on an effective and reliable app. Unfortunately, this is not it.

FCMPlat constantly logs you out. Worse, the login is painful and slow. That is if you can even login. More often than not it,
FCMPlat doesn’t recognize my email. No clue why but it doesn’t

Even when you get logged in. FCMPlat doesn’t give you too many details. Terrible booking tool. Really just overall bad

Concur with the problems in all the other one star reviews and I would add that once I finally do select a hotel property, the whole thing freezes up, and I have to start over. It’s easier to just book the hotels through the hotel apps, despite company policy. I can’t use a tool that doesn’t work.

Coming from previously using Concur, FCMPlat is awful. Non responsive scrolling, poor display when booking trips, not to mention it DOESNT EVEN STAY IN FCMPlat . It kicks you out and loads through your default browser (chrome for me), so what exactly is the point of FCMPlat I have no idea. Software developers need to earn their keep and fix this.

Unfortunately almost no information from their assistant AI about upcoming trips. Just past ones

I’m a FCM customer and am having an app issue. I called technical support to get help and they told me they don’t support FCMPlat . FCMPlat support link in the Apple App Store takes you the same people that don’t support FCMPlat .

My issue still exists.

FCM has done a amazing job creating a application that does everything I need and more.

I love FCMPlat! The FCM chat function is a life saver and saves me from standing in a line to get on another flight. Their customer service is five stars! I love the intel on cities that I’m traveling too and very easy to check in to flights.
