How to fix Omigle app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Omigle app on iPhone
Update Omigle app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Omigle iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Omigle on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Omigle network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Omigle not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Omigle App
1. On android, goto Settings » Omigle » click [Force Stop]

Update Omigle to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Omigle App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Omigle » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Omigle.

Fix Omigle unable to contact server/ Omigle internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Omigle » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Omigle » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
