No free trial
I assumed (wrongly) that I would get a free trial and not be charged $30 for an app that I know nothing about before committing to that price. (Per year) and I am frustrated that they would show a free trial and then not honor that. Honestly just $30 wasted, as for the use of the app, I can’t honestly say because I haven’t had the opportunity to use it yet. I am all for paying for something I know I will utilize but at least give me the option to decide that before charging me for it.

I have just moved I have a new modem I’m trying to get my wireless printer set up and get print on my iPhone I’ll let Siri look it up gives me directions and go to AirPrint and now you want to charge $49 a year I’m not gonna do it I didn’t have to do it before so I’ll see what to do I’m canceling your service this is crazy
