I assumed (wrongly) that I would get a free trial and not be charged $30 for an app that I know nothing about before committing to that price. (Per year) and I am frustrated that they would show a free trial and then not honor that. Honestly just $30 wasted, as for the use of AirPrinter , I can’t honestly say because I haven’t had the opportunity to use it yet. I am all for paying for something I know I will utilize but at least give me the option to decide that before charging me for it.

You must commit to spending $29.99 prior to setting anything up at all! Who knows if I will ever be able to make it work? If it doesn’t then I have the hassle of fighting to get my money back. Totally ridiculous that a small trial period is not included before demanding money!
I guess I will look elsewhere!

AirPrinter does nothing but ask for $30, not paying that to print ONE item. There is no free trial, clicking on that does absolutely nothing. Waste of time.

AirPrinter is a scam. It looks as if you have features without going pro but you don’t. Without it being certified it isn’t easy to want to drop $20. If you’re looking to simply connect your phone to your printer go somewhere else.

I have just moved I have a new modem I’m trying to get my wireless printer set up and get print on my iPhone I’ll let Siri look it up gives me directions and go to AirPrint and now you want to charge $49 a year I’m not gonna do it I didn’t have to do it before so I’ll see what to do I’m canceling your service this is crazy
