NO FRILLS BUDGET CAM

If you’re looking for a “more basic than Blink” security camera with NO FRILLS. NOPE NOT ONE! Well then you’ve hit the nail on the head with this app! Please note: you WILL be losing your connection to the camera at least 3-5 times a day, EVERY DAY!! You’ll also have to reboot your phone when the app crashes every other day. Oh & trying to watch your cam from anywhere, uhm, nope. Basically, stay away from this app

I really loved this floodlight/camera duo at first but now it mostly takes pictures on its own, you can’t control when it records (which I should be able to select it to record when a noise goes over a certain decibel). Also, I now can’t watch my live feed. I can only view pictures and a video recording (once in awhile when it decides it should record). I’m starting to wonder if I should have just purchased a name brand unit. It’s still nice to be able to see the images, at least I can see something! This is why I only gave it a two star though. I can’t use the features or even utilize them the way it sounded like I should be able to.
Update: changed it to one star because I reached out to customer support back on 19th and it states that they respond in a couple hours usually. Well, it’s been four days and still no response! I was going to upload the picture as proof but you can’t on apple reviews.
No customized alert sound on IOS is a huge problem

I love the camera. The app is ok. The one TREMENDOUS drawback is the inability to customize the alert sound when movement is captured. What good is a security alert if I can’t recognize it as a unique sound? I keep missing problems, even with sound turned up all the way. I would choose a unique and loud sound so that I can use the alarm manually for intruders,
