Multiple times a week the app just simple won’t work. It does not open, will bring up the face screen then disappear. If you want to delete and redownload you risk losing your pictures. It’s terrible.

I’ve been using this app for the last couple of months to share photos with extended family across platforms (Apple and Android). It does pretty well, but man, there are some things that bug me that should be really pretty easy to fix that would make the user experience way better. Admittedly, I’m comparing against my experience with Apple’s “Photos” sharing. There’s some good and some not so good…
Pros (what this has over Apple’s “Photos” app):
- Cross-platform compatible
- Allows you to comment/like other comments/likes (I really wish Apple had this, so kudos to the developer(s) here)
- you can respond
Cons:
- photos snap back to original size after zoom (if I want to zoom, please let me stay zoomed!)
- no option to view all albums together in a “feed” form (switching between albums is kind of clunky)
- no way to view photos full screen
- rotating the phone to view photos in landscape orientation doesn’t change anything - the app keeps the photo small with the app still oriented in the portrait mode (this is particularly annoying when paired with the fact that you can’t zoom and let go without the photo snapping back to its original size)
Dear developers: if you could take care of those “cons”, it would really go a long way to improving the user experience. You’ve got a good thing started here and it would be great to see it improve. One additional suggestion would be to allow for gif or meme comments.

When deleting photos from an album it asks if you want to cancel or delete. If you hit delete the photo stays but if you hit cancel the photo gets deleted. Other than that the app is simple and great for sharing cross platform.
