Canโt log in as a new user

I was sent an email from Cal Fit saying that I would get a link to sign into this app, since that would be my access to the gym. I never got that email and when I try to prompt signing up through the app, I also receive no email. It is not in my junk mail folder either. All the the recent reviews about the the new update I believe are true, something must have gone wrong.
Worst App Ever

Sign up for new membership, me and my wife and this app is not even letting us sign up to get the barcode. Worst of all, we have to show our drivers license to access the facility because they no longer offer access cards. If they donโt fix this issue definitely looking at canceling memberships. This time the two starts reviews are all accurate but honestly it should be one star. Good luck for new members

New app is terrible and apparently cal fit staff canโt even help. Iโve been trying to log in and it says itโs telling me my password is wrong. Iโve been trying to reset my password for the last 3 days and Iโve yet to receive the email for password reset link and the staff says just keep trying, eventually youโll get the email link !!!
