Horrible app. It is SOOO slow. It takes forever to generate subtitles. And even when subtitles are created, I still have to edit them, because the app consistently makes errors in transcription. Words are often misspelled or completely misunderstood, leading to subtitles that don’t match the audio at all. It's frustrating to have to go back and correct so many mistakes, especially after waiting so long for the subtitles to generate in the first place. This app promises efficiency, but it delivers the opposite. Not worth the time or money
This app has gone downhill

I’ve been a content creator for over a year, and have used this app for my captions from day one. It was always a little high maintenance, but I learned to work around it and actually got pretty good at using it. But over the last couple of months, the app became an absolute train wreck to use, and I made the change to Capcut and am so happy I did. I’ve done everything they say to do (delete and re-download), and it still does not work correctly. Spend your money elsewhere.
Can't cancel! ZERO stars!!

I needed an app for captions on a video quickly and this was the first one I found that could perform in the way that I was looking for. After having everything how I wanted - the app required I do a "free trial" to download my work on to my phone. Now there is now way to cancel my free trial - total scam! All of the contact support links go to no where and I'm getting no response from email support. Buyer beware!
