I cancel my trial on time and they still charge my account. I try to contact customer service and they don’t provide any help, only by messages (chatting) no phone number, nothing. I don’t even use it. I sign up for a 7 days trial and is the worse app ever. I would like to get my money back. Please don’t waist your money. Look for another app that is out there for free.

I paid for a month using my child’s ipad, but I was unable to finish the setup process. The ipad would never allow me to “allow” parental access, so I just wasted $9.99.

Kids360 stinks. You can not get in contact with anyone when you have an issue. I can't figure out how to change time limits. I asked to cancel after free trail because I dislike Kids360 and they still charged me. So just beware.

Hi! I had so much hope for Kids360 but I cannot advance past the set up page, beyond the screen that says send parent a link…I send the link to myself from my sons iPad and then it basicaly takes me back to the start. Good idea, horrible execution as it doesn’t work! ;(

When I try to set up my child’s phone it freezes in the 3rd step and no matter how many times I delete and add Kids360 back it always freezes on that step, so I paid the monthly cost for nothing!

Garbage!!!!! Daughter accidentally downloaded both trying to help me find an application to control screen time now both are on there and it won’t let us delete it.

I’m so sick of paying for apps that don’t work. This is the 2nd one. My app was updated and it’s still went back to the same page that does nothing. CHILDS IPHONE IS CONNECTED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. Complete Alli360 setup. How can I complete anything if it won’t move from this page?

Tried for an hour to get the connection to work. It wouldn’t allow me to individually control the apps. I tried chatting with their “support.” It kept saying it would connect me with an agent if the bot couldn’t help. I clicked every option and it told me to start over. Waste of my time.

Don’t waste your money or time I saw the ads of Facebook so I tried it but it is not what add shows it keeps adding scree time even when my kid is not using his phone

I have reached costumer service via chat and email. Took a very long time to set it up on my child’s phone. I was hoping once I set it up on his app I will be able to access Kids360 on my phone (the parents version). I believe there is a glitch in their system for parents app. So far I don’t recommend it. Kids360 should make parents lives easier, not more stressed!!!

Spent so much time setting my sons phone and when I think I was done it froze and has been stuck there for a long time. Now my sons text messaging and a lot apps are gone gone. Now I need to undo it all.

I’m very tech savvy and literally Kids360 just isn’t functional at its basic level. Very frustrating. The time restrictions don’t work, my phone never updates with information regarding his usage, tasks he requests show up as an error page on my end, etc etc.

I’m so disappointed I paid any money and have spent so much time deleting and reinstalling the apps on both devices to try to get it to work.

I think the only reason they can have good reviews is because Kids360 pushes you to rate it immediately after the install process, and people must just click through it to get it to clear out.

I got this because I caught my son looking at inappropriate website and online content. He was also going to websites designed to communicate with strangers. Even after buying this and setting my parental controls on my phone and the most restrictive measures on Kids360, I was able to navigate to You Tube a search for very inappropriate content and it popped right up. I checked Kids360 to see if I missed something and it lets me restrict the You Tube app but not website. In fact, I went into my parental settings on my iPhone home and completely restricted going to the you tube website and it still let me. So not going to pay if it does not get me any closer to the right result.

Have no idea how Kids360 got such high ratings. Does not work and it’s very confusing to set up and use. I will be canceling before my free trial is over and looking for something else.

Never show me the real time using the cellphone and my son can to unblock and I never see that until I having his phone. It’s waste time of time with Kids360.

I advise caution when using Kids360 as it may not always be compatible. Despite multiple attempts, I found that it was not suitable for my needs, leading to wasted time. I subscribed to the service for less than an hour and I Immediately canceled the subscription after encountering difficulties in obtaining a refund. To my dismay, the subscription was somehow renewed on my phone shortly after I had canceled it, resulting in an additional charge. It would be more equitable if users were allowed a 24-hour window to cancel a subscription, especially if they encounter compatibility issues. I am disappointed by the lack of flexibility and understanding in this matter and feel it's unjust to have spent $120 on an app that I cannot use. Customer service was terrible and made no accommodations however, I’m going to speak to legal and see if something can be done to get my refund. It's simply unfair.

Kids360 can’t do anything that is advertised that it can do. I’m on an iPhone 12 Pro Max, and my son’s phone is an iPhone 12 Pro Max as well. I went thru the whole install process for both mine and my son’s phone, and once completed, the only thing I could select was a general age range of web searches to block 18+ websites, and turn on location. Kids360 does NOT allow you to set up time limits for anything, it does NOT allow you to block certain apps, it does NOT allow you to restrict specific sites, and it does NOT allow you to “send tasks” to your kids.. and on and on… none of the features that convinced me to download Kids360 were even available and present within Kids360 when I downloaded it…… good thing I did the free trial so I could cancel it immediately and delete this garbage app from my phone and my son’s phone…

Kids360 is completely fake. I downloaded it and took a 1 year subscription of 49.99 but it didn’t work for a single day. It’s a fraud.

This application is confusing and it doesn’t work for iPhones or iPads. I paid for 12 months and the application doesn’t work. It doesn’t show the individual applications I need to limit on time for example, it also doesn’t have a good guide or how to set the application. I requested a refund and APPLE said there is not refund on this application, I also tried to reach out to the developer and NO ANSWER so I lost money on this one. DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THIS!!

DO NOT USE Kids360….There’s absolutely no customer service.. I daughter phone glitched and locked and she couldn’t use her phone for a month. We had to wait until the subscription was over to reset her phone to factory and start over, she lost all her pictures BEWARE!!! ❌

This is the second parental control app I’m trying out and it is not working and not easy to use. Children can chose what they share to Kids360 and it’s not accurate as far as what apps the kids have so there’s really no point.

App shows me absolutely nothing. I can’t block specific apps, can’t change time limits but did when I initially set it up so there is just a basic set in place right now, that I would like to change and can’t. It does show my child’s location but no notifications when he leaves place to place like Bark does, I will be going back to them with just the bark app instead of the phone this time.
Nothing Kids360 says it does, it actually does & I was charged for a year subscription for like $98. I am currently working on a refund through Apple. I do not recommend

Kids360 WAS great paid for a whole year even, but know that when u change phones u can’t transfer Kids360 . THERES NO LOG-IN for return accounts. So I was giped about $60 by Kids360 and my son just lost his phone instead it’s easier

In the free version you can’t block or schedule. Only statistics and locations are available. They should warn about it in advance not to spend so much time with customization. Disappointed user

Love Kids360, my kid went to California with her dad and I get to set tasks for her to do while she’s over there and her reward is play time on the phone, she is 6 and it has been helping her stay responsible.

My son is autistic and I have a hard time getting him to get off of his phone to clean his room or bathroom- I started Kids360 today and it is like a reward system- If my son does his chores- his gaming apps opens up for him! I love it!
