Would give this 0 stars if I could. First of all, there is no free trial, it’s a gimmick, it charges you right away and there is no way to cancel. After I signed up and registered my email address it says there is no email registered to that address. So I tried to register a new account and then it says there is already an account with that email!! What?? Which one is it? How do I get my money back??? Sleezy schemers.

Made the mistake to get it for a year instead of the trial. Requires install on parent and child phone. On child phone as soon as you open it is shows across the top that it is running and sharing your location. No easy way to see how you would use it to really control kids activity. Went to contact company and could not find any contact info.

Don’t buy the year subscription. FamiGo is useless, and you’ll want a complete refund the same day you install it. Doesn’t even register that your child is using their device. You’ll think you’re saving money if you buy the year subscription, but it’s really trick to get you to pay $99 instead of $9.00.

So....I downloaded FamiGo to prevent my child from being able to access his and of his game/social media apps. It completely defeats the purpose when the option pops up to “Ignore Limit” and then it pops up to “Ignore limit for today” and then he is able to play it!! What is the point??

I downloaded the software and set it up following their instructions. It seemed to work until it didn’t keep my child’s location. Also no way of contacting them except for an email address. I will update this once I have a response and refund.

I downloaded FamiGo, found that FamiGo is not suitable for me so I tried to cancel the membership. However, I realized that there is no way for me to unsubscribe, so I sent an email to the support team, but received no answer. Now FamiGo is charging me $10 a month, and I still don’t know how to unsubscribe.

It will not track my child’s phone. And will not bring up historical location. Website blocking doesn’t work. I have submitted multiple emails to the tech support and haven’t gotten a response. I spent the 50$. It’s a rip off

I didn’t care for FamiGo and cancelled it within the hour I bought it during my 3 day trial and was charged the year subscription and can’t get in touch with anyone to get this fixed and refunded.

Do yourself a favor and save the 30$ for the year , FamiGo is really that bad. Doesn’t locate my child at all , gps isn’t working properly and to make it worse no response from the help request I sent. I DO NOT recommend.

FamiGo doesn’t work as it should be, they charge you the money since the beginning , when you try to contact them for your refund there is no answer. Lost my money 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Worked for a few days and thats it. I have tried multiple times to uninstall and install again. Still nothing! You cant contact anyone either. THIS IS JUST A SCAM!!! App should refund everyones money and shut down.

Go on FamiGo Store 1st click on your profile on the top right hand corner then click on manage subscription and find parental control smart app & unsubscribe...
