Just completed an interview on allUP . Seamless experience, I see a huge market opportunity for them as AI applications become more and more of a problem for recruiters and companies.

The ability to see video reviews of candidates is game changing. You gain so much more context on the individual and what they’re good at as opposed to just reading a genAI recommendation. The interface is intuitive and easy to use.

I appreciate how this app’s video recordings offer a more personal and insightful look into a person’s professional journey, allowing us to connect on a deeper level beyond the confines of the traditional text-based job website.

I’ve only been on allUP for 48 hours but it’s been so fun to use. I love this app! I’ve been using it to apply for a few jobs and love the way that it helps me to distinguish myself from my resume (which probably looks like all too many out there). I’ve always believed (and been told) that I excel in interviews and I know that’s the case for many people as well, so this model of featuring yourself through interview prompts has been a welcome way to move past an initial reliance on a resume/cover letter. So far I’ve been getting some good feedback, and I’ve loved supplying my this app profile as a “personal site” when applying for jobs. Also, the career/coaching support from staff has been much appreciated!

allUP is wonderful, I am not sure if any recruiters have been watching my videos but I have been adding the link to my apps! It is nice to have a my voice actually heard instead of words on a resume. It would be nice to see if videos had external views.

Was really skeptical of having to record videos as part of a application process but it ended up really helping. Got a live interview and they specifically mentioned what I had said in my vids. this app team has been really helpful through whole process. So different than just throwing resume in black hole and then hoping for something good to happen

FIrst off you guys, this tool is 100% free - who's mad at that? this app allows you to use your own voice and personality to express your job experience and what you have accomplished. I highly recommend signing up for the service, record some videos and meet with someone on the team to speak about your profile and how you can utilize it in several different ways.

I love allUP because I was able to share unique and differentiating information with hiring managers that made me stand out during the recruiting process.

I also collected references and testimonials from peers and old coworkers, which was a great way to provide someone a holistic view of what it’s like to work with me.

allUP is extremely user-friendly and your profile link onto job applications and cover letters.

For anyone looking to enhance their resume and/or job search, I would highly recommend getting allUP. They care about their users; I’ve spoken with the founders and a few members of their team on how to enhance my profile and how to approach job searching in an environment saturated with jobs that have thousands of applicants. Love these guys and again, would very much recommend for anyone trying to get their name out there.

I found a role I might not have been considered for through this app. The AI takes your specific career story and makes it searchable by companies so you’re connected based on your real skills and not just the last title you had. The interview experience was several rounds shorter than others I’ve been a part of as well. I’d recommend this to anyone switching careers or just starting out. If you’re hiring and looking for just the right candidates this is a great way to find them.
