I love AllUp! I’ve been using it to apply for a few jobs and love the way that it helps me to distinguish myself from my resume (which probably looks like all too many out there). I’ve always believed (and been told) that I excel in interviews and I know that’s the case for many people as well, so this model of featuring yourself through interview prompts has been a welcome way to move past an initial reliance on a resume/cover letter. So far I’ve been getting some good feedback, and I’ve loved supplying my AllUp profile as a “personal site” when applying for jobs.
