ICSC365 has the ability to be great, but important factors like allowing users to login need to be fixed before ICSC365 is pushed out through marketing.
ICSC365 won't allow me to log in. I tried contacting support but never heard back. It's not usable and not worth downloading.

Was actually shocked to see that ICSC365 ’s Exhibit Hall maps were not labeled with Exhibitor names, which are shown on the website map. Seriously? ICSC365 should be better than the website. Now I’m having to go between ICSC365 and the website for the Exhibit Halls. It is a major deficiency to ICSC365 . If that is too much — then print out handout maps of the labeled exhibit hall exhibitors. I’m all for the ICSC App, but it should at least replicate the website Conf. info.
I’m glad I won’t have to drag a notebook around and try to decipher sloppily written notes after the show like previous events.
ICSC365 offers everything you need to attend the convention. A lot of information on classes, exhibitors, and attendees. Very well done.
ICSC365 will be helpful at the upcoming Las Vegas event. And I can also read an article or check the member directory.
