Se supone sea para ayudar, solo sirve para atrasar los procesos, envías los documentos y no los reciben, llamas para verificar y no te pueden dar información de tus propios documentos. los empleados de las oficinas no saben ni acceder a la app de ases vital y dicen nunca recibir capacitación. cuanto dinero le costó al pueblo una aplicación que no sirve para nada? Asi se roba el $ federal las agencias del gobierno de Puerto Rico. DEBEN ELIMINAR LA APP
