No Biometric Sign in

The biggest hurdle in using InvestorPortal is no biometrics sign in features. Makes you use less secure, easy to remember password.

I’ve been using InvestorPortal for the last year or so without a hitch but in the last several days I haven’t been able to get on it. It’s either got refresh or exit and I can’t get it to go to the portal I need. this is the first time there’s been a bug that doesn’t seem to be fixed.

Intuitive and straightforward

InvestorPortal gives me a slick way to keep track of my private-equity investments and stay in touch with my investment manager.

If I could add one thing, it would be TouchID (biometric) login support, which would encourage me to check it more frequently.

So very well set up and easy to navigate!
