Close and restart the FilePiP app on iPhone
Update FilePiP app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FilePiP iPhone app

To resolve FilePiP network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Fix FilePiP not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent FilePiP app issues:

Force Stop the FilePiP App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click FilePiP app. » click "Force Stop".

Update FilePiP to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FilePiP App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "FilePiP app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch FilePiP.

Fix FilePiP unable to contact server/ FilePiP internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click FilePiP » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got FilePiP » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FilePiP on android.
