Follow these steps to resolve intermittent FilePiP app issues:

Force Stop the FilePiP App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click FilePiP app. » click "Force Stop".

Update FilePiP to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FilePiP App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "FilePiP app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch FilePiP.

Fix FilePiP unable to contact server/ FilePiP internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click FilePiP » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got FilePiP » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
