I cannot get in contact with anyone to delete subscription I’ve been charged and I can’t stop it

Soulmates cost money to take a short quiz maybe make Soulmates free and I would give it a better review paying for nothing 1 star

WARNING!!!!!! Unauthorized charges!!!! Basenji refuses to refund!!!!! Buyer beware!!! They say I created 2 accounts and was charged a recurring charge to my cc for 4 months. Showed me a screenshot that proved I only had 1 that I canceled within the trial period. Will not refund charges even though it shows cancelation.

App won’t allow you to delete from your phone and will continue to bill your account for ALOT more than the monthly subscription amount.

Do NOT GIVE THEM YOUR INFORMATION.

I have never even used Soulmates I downloaded it the first day immediately canceled and you guys keep trying to charge me 1999 who do I need to get in contact with to make this stop immediately?

Thieves. They make it so it is difficult to cancel your subscription. I even cancelled my card to stop transactions just for them to magically get my new card number!?!? I guess they have access to my bank account?! Reported. Sickening to do that to people who are trying to heal

I cancelled my account the day after accepting the “free trial” because Soulmates is worthless. Everything here can be found free online.
I could no longer even log in as my account was totally deleted but they still charged me for the membership. Customer service blamed it on a possible glitch during account registration but refused a refund.

There’s no where to cancel this subscription. I did not sign up for the monthly and it keeps charging me without a way to cancel

There’s no way to see in Soulmates how to edit your subscription. I emailed them about this and they never responded. So once you give them your payment information you’re stuck with the charges! I would’ve cancelled my subscription before the free trial ended.

I signed up for the trial and then attempted to cancel. Soulmates did not show up in my subscriptions and there was NO WHERE within Soulmates to cancel. I was then charged $19.99 and contacted the developer directly. They have sent two emails telling me to ‘cancel my subscription’ and are refusing to address the issue.

DO NOT USE FREE TRIAL OR APP. they will require a payment and will not give you an option of canceling before renewing. There is no actual website, your login is disabled and no subscription is found on Apple. DO NOT USE.

Seems like it has a lot of cool things but you have to pay for it 😐😐

Download it and you literally have to pay for all the test but one

i took the abuse quiz, and answered that my partner is very supportive, encourages me to try new things, and doesn’t do anything to hurt me. This quiz said that i was close to an abusive relationship despite me saying no to all the actually abusive things. don’t trust Soulmates, it is inaccurate and tries to scare you.

i was really hopeful for Soulmates, as it seems to have a lot of cool features. as soon as i made an account i discovered you can’t do anything without paying. and not to mention they want 7$ a WEEK. save some time, find another app.

Soulmates isn’t at all what’s shown in the preview photos.. I don’t see anything about attachment styles, or any “tests” all it is is the “games”
Finished all the games in maybe 30 minutes, so what’s the point of paying for a subscription?

Keeps trying to charge me even after canceling free trail

Too much of Soulmates is hidden behind a paywall. You can only take one quiz before it constantly tells you to start a free trial. The idea of Soulmates is great, but it would be nice if you didn’t need to be a premium member to enjoy Soulmates .

you have to pay for everything. you cant even take one single test. you have to pay to take tests

I rated it a one star because you can’t even do quite literally anything on Soulmates unless you pay for the premium version. So Soulmates isn’t helpful to me at all. I feel like there should be things you can do without having to pay or else there’s no point in even downloading it unless you pay for literally everything on Soulmates .

why make Soulmates free if we’re required to pay for everything,??

I was starting to like Soulmates , then saw I got charged after the free trial without the warning. I also cannot find a record of a subscription in my Settings or in Soulmates Store so I have no idea how to cancel. Additionally, I do not have access to any premium features despite being charged $20 after the trial ended. Nice product, but need to offer other ways to cancel. Currently I am waiting for support to help me cancel or get a refund.

Nothings free on it

I just downloaded Soulmates off of a tiktok ad and I started the free trial, but it won't let me continue past putting my name in.

You can't even take one test without having to pay and start the trial trashy app.

I tried to cancel my subscription and it said that I did but it still charged me and now I don’t know how to get a refund

I love the quizzes but I’m not understanding the results part. Like at all.

The idea behind Soulmates is amazing but it is very buggy and too many features are only available for premium members. On the quizzes it recorded my answers as duplicated for the answers i answered for my partner so the scores came out inaccurate. If these things are fixed i’ll redownload it.
