I just downloaded parsnip and when I did the first quizes and introduction the app brought the message "what do you want to cook first" but there was no options that I can chose. I'm from Iran so I thought the problem is with my IP so I used a VPN but the result were the same. I even tried uninstalling and installing the app again but that didn't work either. Is there a way to fix this?

How to fix Parsnip app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Parsnip app on iPhone
Update Parsnip app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Parsnip iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Parsnip on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Parsnip network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Parsnip Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Parsnip not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Parsnip App
1. On android, goto Settings » Parsnip » click [Force Stop]

Update Parsnip to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Parsnip App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Parsnip » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Parsnip.

Fix Parsnip unable to contact server/ Parsnip internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Parsnip » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Parsnip » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Parsnip
