How to fix TikSave app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the TikSave app on iPhone
Update TikSave app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall TikSave iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix TikSave on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve TikSave network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

TikSave Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix TikSave not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the TikSave App
1. On android, goto Settings » TikSave » click [Force Stop]

Update TikSave to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear TikSave App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » TikSave » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart TikSave.

Fix TikSave unable to contact server/ TikSave internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click TikSave » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto TikSave » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch TikSave
