Your prompter scrolls so dammed slow it is unusable. I slid the slider all the way to the right and it was still too slow. Nobody talks like that.
I purchased the 1 year subscription from my ipad google play store and unfortunately my ipad fell and it no longer works. How can I transfer or add this 1 year teleprompter subscription to my iphone 16 pro max phone? I still need and want the subscription but I can no longer use it on my dead ipad. I need the 1 year subscription on my iphone. Can you please help me with this matter. Here is my order #:Order number GPA.3323-4180-9878-45201

I purchased an app for nearly $70 from the App Store, only to find that it freezes constantly and does not function as advertised. After requesting a refund twice, Apple flat-out refused without providing any valid justification.
This is not just bad customer service—it’s a violation of consumer protection laws. Under the FTC Act (15 U.S.C. § 45), California’s Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA), and the Unfair Competition Law (UCL), Apple is legally obligated to provide refunds for defective products. Yet, they are blatantly ignoring these laws, forcing customers to pay for broken apps.
I am now escalating this issue legally by:
✔ Filing complaints with the FTC, my State Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau (BBB)
✔ Disputing the charge with my credit card company for “product not as described”
✔ Pursuing legal action in Small Claims Court against Apple
✔ Publicly exposing their shady refund practices on social media and consumer protection forums
Apple’s refusal to issue a refund for a non-functional product is unethical and unacceptable. If you’re considering buying an expensive app, BEWARE—Apple does not care if it works or not. They will take your money and leave you with no recourse. Do not trust their refund policy—it’s a scam.

On the store page, they make it sound like they have a free version, with “in-app purchases”but all that means is you can’t actually save/export even your first video unless you start paying monthly. ( at least, every time I tried to save my video, even though I thought I was on a full trial, it would take me to the “subscribe” page. I found no solution and u wasted my time making the video. Downvoted for that. Just be upfront about it being a paid app… that doesn’t work! The app itself: Useful, nice large buttons. The UI to figure out teleprompter speed could be improved, so there are fewer taps involved when setting it up. Overall good, but misleading practices to trick people into paying are cringe. I lost trust in your brand. Goodbye

I wanted to try the product out and was forced to pay $8.99 just for one week. I canceled the subscription immediately and was subsequently charged an additional $8.99 plus another $29 for something else going to related from this company I don’t even know what it was. Very unscrupulous fee charging! I cant believe they didnt even gave a free trial (I’ve learned my lesson to never pay for even a week of something just to try it out!) In fact, the fees aren’t even consistent from what they advertise in the App Store and what you get charged for. The app worked but it was slow and clunky. definitely not worth $8.99 a week for such a simple thing.
