Great concept, excellent execution

Helpful in traumatic postpartum recovery

I got severe postpartum preeclampsia in January of ‘23. While most fully recover from this condition that is blood pressure related, some do not, and I may be one of those people. I went from perfect blood pressure to needing to be medicated for the foreseeable future. Anxiety and stress have played a huge role in my blood pressure and BreathingExercisesMindBreath has genuinely helped me establish a mind body connection to my stress through my HRV. It’s encouraging me to get back into my healthy habits I had before I gave birth, helps lower my blood pressure and gives me hope that I can heal from my triggers around my blood pressure. I would love to see if this can somehow sync to the Apple Watch!

Starting Meditation

Wanted to get into meditation because work is getting stressful day by day. Really like BreathingExercisesMindBreath due to visually appealing, and easy to start. Right when I log in, it gave me item to select like performance, stress release, caffeine reduction or getting started with simple meditation and other options. Exactly what I was looking for. Started simple meditation during quick break and it is really helpful. Will look forward to getting better and make most out it.

Questions….

I still have not been able to find out - On the free HR check, is Fitness the same measurement as HRV? (I don’t think so?) Also, one of my therapy clients started using it, and after the 6 free readings he now is offered the option each time to watch an ad for a free reading. Since I work with veterans (many of whom can’t afford to subscribe) but I’d like to use hrv with them - how can I explain to them how to access this option ?? Thanks so much

Not so good

I just wrote a rating for this company & I am not pleased. Initially it sounded very good, helpful & worth the investment. But now I cannot even figure out how to get to day two of a 5 day stress challenge I signed on for!! It’s driving me nuts! My heart rate is going UP! And the spelling terrible! Makes me question the integrity of the website. I want my $$ back but don’t even see where to go to get it! Am sorry I even learned about this site in my class

Helpful in Anxiety exercise

App navigation is very colorful / Pictionary and enjoy browsing through it. App gives options of why you are using and based on your selection, it give you recommendations. I use it for stress and anxiety. It provides simple exercises that helps a lot! Great app!!

Reduce coffee intake

I just downloaded BreathingExercisesMindBreath to get some relaxing exercise between work. It gave me something even better, with option like “reduce coffee intake” and “increase productivity”, been using it to slowly to get rid of my coffee addiction. Thanks for the easy lessons.

Wish it had dark mode

Love BreathingExercisesMindBreath . I’m a vet with anxiety/ptsd and this helps me monitor, manage and reduce my stress levels with breathing exercises.
My only wish is that it had a dark mode. I have vision problems and have a very hard time seeing the screen because of the light font and low contrast.

Needs improvement

Quite good application. Has many different techniques, chanting and HRV. Great idea. However, I won’t be using it, cause it keeps crashing and works unreliably. Also, more instructions on how to breathe would be appreciated, cause “inhale SUUU” tells me nothing about what they mean by that.
