Advertised that you get three days free… Instantly charged $10 to my account. The very first this app I tried to send failed. I tried three times and took a screenshot of the failure. I immediately canceled my subscription and deleted Fax . Basically paid $10 for nothing. Save your money!

It did not work and I cannot find a webpage under the frequently asked questions or any information on how to cancel this. I receive an error message whenever I click on customer service or FAQ

I decided to purchase Fax because I needed to send some faxes. It never was able to send a this app even once. The only thing that occurred was a message stating, “this app Sending Error” with no explanation at all as to why. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

Fax does not work & their FAQs leads to a site that no longer exists. Complete rip off. You get an error message that this app failed but no details about why & then failed this app shows up in your drafts folder instead of failed.

Click send and it just says this app error with no explanation why or possible Solutions’s. Click faqs and it brings you to a 404 not found page. Never got my this app through. Trying to get a refund.
