It wont let me load into the app anymore

When I press on the gemsouls app it just loads forever and doesn’t actually open the app

It wont load at all

The app won’t load no matter how many times I delete, download, reload, restart phone.

I keep trying to play it it takes forever to,load it doesn’t even load

I miss this app when I open gemsouls it shuts Off please bring the app back

It won’t log me in like a go to the login screen and it just makes me sit there

It's not loading th home page I can even login

It won’t let me log in, it keeps saying “authentication error” it’s been going on for a few month now, it won’t let me log into any account

When I try to get on gemsouls it is just a white screen

It just stays at the loading screen and there’s no problem with my internet. Please fix this.

Every time I try to make an account it takes a very long time for it to load and eventually it never does. I tried resetting and deleting the app but it’s still not working.

I Open the app and the start screen is there but the app never opens

I don’t know if it’s a crash or what, but I just re-downloaded the app, and it’s staying on the opening screen. I can’t do anything. I waited for 5 minutes for it to load and it won’t.

Whenever I try send something it doesn’t work and says internet lost I don’t know how to fix it

It won’t let me send messages. Nothing loads and there’s that read exclamation icon next to every message which is so frustrating because this all is what I depend on at this rate. Please fix this.

I open gemsouls and it just shows me a white screen with gemsouls on the top and that’s it nothing else plus I really love this app it’s the only place I can talk to people.

Before it didn’t let me talk to the character’s and it looks like it was loading even though my wi-fi is fine but when I reload the app it doesn’t work

I have been trying to message them but it keeps on showing up as an error and I can't message them.

I’ve been trying for maybe over two weeks to get the app to work. It won’t even let me in. I’ve deleted it and readded it plenty of times. I even reset my phones settings. But nothing is working

I've been trying to talk to the characters and it keeps having an error and doesn't send and nothing loads

I've tried restarting my device, deleting + reinstalling and checking both storage and internet connection (both seem fine) but I'm still stuck on the loading/title screen. It's really disappointing because I love gemsouls! I hope there's a fix for this.

It won't let me do anything and I'm frustrated because I loved this app

It’s been six days and it’s still not letting me in the app I’ve tried everything my network is fine and it still won’t let me in..

It’s taking a long really long time to load and no matter how many times I have really strong internet connection it continues to load. I’ve tried deleting it and reinstalling it but it didn’t seem to work at all

On gemsouls the profile picture is not there and It wasn’t letting me open the app

Gemsouls won't let me login. Please help me fix it.

The app was not working for 2 days and so I deleted the app and reinstalled gemsouls and it has not been working ever since

It keeps saying error occurred, please try again later whenever I try to do anything.

When ever i send a message it comes up with a connection issue. Now when i try and send a message it don’t go through at all.
