I highly rate this app as I’m a big fan of the Sidemen, I love the behind the scenes (BTS) and the SideCast ! But as a deaf person, I heavily rely on subtitles which this app lacks of. Don’t get me wrong, there’s a good handful that do have subtitles, but there’s too many videos I’m missing out on due to no subtitles. So I do recommend this app if you’re a fan of the Sidemen, I just hope they improve of their subtitles for people like me or whoever is in a similar situation. Have a great day y’all !

I feel that the content is good, but not necessarily worth the price of $10/month ($5/month is more appropriate). Outside of the podcast and giveaways, I don’t feel like the additional content is necessarily worth it considering the amount of work that goes into it; for example, ‘Ask the Sidemen’ is really just an extension of the podcast (extra 20 mins of q&a) and behind the scenes is just filmed during sidemen shoots. If there were to be exclusive main channel-level videos on Side+, I’d say the service was worth the price.

I can’t change my email which is something that should be very simple to do regardless of iTunes or not. Customer support from sidemen in general is ….. not good - I’ve emailed them 5 times to get 0 responses over half a year duration.
Anywaysssss, they’ll improve. Can’t wait for their future! Been watching since I was a kid with them (Harry is two years above me) so it’s been awesome to grow w them as an audience hehe.
