What a scam. Bought in 2021, stopped using it in 2022 and I continue to get charged! It is impossible to cancel subscription as the Head over to Parent App and just click on Manage Account - DOES NOT EXIST!!! so frustrating. AI help desk is in a loop and asks you the same questions. This is a nightmare.

Bought this before Christmas for my daughter and have had nothing but problems with it. I wish I returned it as soon as we tried using it the first time. It glitched constantly, could never connect to the internet (even though internet is fine in the house), the app never works, and customer service is the worst. I tried emailing three times for support after we got it and by the time I realized I wasnβt getting an answer and there were no fixes for the issues we are still having, the return policy is beyond the 30 days. Please save yourself the hundreds of dollars for this item!!!!

Miko 3 was supposed to be this great, new learning toy for kids, and it does nothing as advertised. I bought it for my kid for Christmas and most of it's features don't even work. You can't even control when it cuts on and off, if you power it down and it picks up someone talking it will switch on to listen to your conversation, and the only way to stop it is to let the power run out and not plug it back in.
Total Waste of money.

I got this for my son as a Christmas present. Should have returned it after we open it. There were so many bugs from the start. We tried contacting the customer service and after two weeks of back and forth we still do not have any resolutions. The app itself might be good if we can get the MIKO itself to work. Beyond frustration at this time.
