I’ve been singing the same 20 seconds of a song directly into Sing2Notes with no background noise or instruments playing repeatedly for the last 20 minutes. I tried singing it with words, on an “oooh”, closer or farther from the mic, at different tempos etc… long story short I didn’t get a single usable transcription.
Like if you sing 50 notes you’ll end up with sheet music showing about 20 notes with weird gaps between them AND all of the notes are not only incorrect but they’re not even notes in the same key as each other so it’s sounds like total nonsense when played back.
I’m a professional singer, and I know the problem isn’t with my pitch. This is a great idea, but it has a LONG way to go as it does not work at all.
Especially If you’re new to music skip Sing2Notes, it will only make you hopelessly confused.

I tested Sing2Notes . No matter the input is human vocal singing or a piano solo piece, the this app app can NOT get the note right. The result is miserable, totally inaccurate transcription. Totally Useless.
I keep trying but it keeps stopping I use the same noise but it always stops at 25%

So I just tried Sing2Notes and I think it’s kind of cool. But there is this one problem where I try to make a recording but the generated noise has a spring noise when it plays a note. I would like you to improve the AI a little (not forcing you to!)
The folks at Song2Notes are very fast at solving problems and they have been very honest and helpful. Sing2Notes works wonderful in helping me score my music.
