I have an iPhone 13 pro not even the newest iPhone and it doesn’t work. It needs to advertise that it does not work with new iPhone on the box. Not say it’s compatible with most Apple devices. Because that means it should work with newer iPhones. Called support and they were nice but very confused it took forever to realize what the issue was. That there system is outdated…
“Compatible with iPhone 6” but not really because needs iOS 13 which isn’t available on the iphone6

Super disappointing experience, wasted a bunch of money and hours trying to set up this device. do better Tylenol, develop an app that works on the software of supposedly compatible devices.

This app should be taken down from the App Store. Before downloading the app says it’s compatible this device. After downloading and launching the app it says not compatible. People speak up and share your reviews until Tylenol team fixes their app.
