I have an iphone 13 and app keeps saying is not compatible. My husband has an Android and app is not even visible to downloand.
I just got it and tried to open SmartCheck . I got a message that my phone is not supported. I have a 2022 iPhone SE. The website says basically every iPhone back to the iPhone 6S from 2015 is supported and it says “iPhone SE (Gen2.0)” supported.
My husband has Android and can’t use SmartCheck or the device. Instructions are not accurate. One figured out how to use this on my iPhone, image isn’t clear. Awful that i have to take off my phone case and camera lens protector, then squeeze this into the device. I’m afraid of getting my phone lens scratched or dropping my phone trying to get the device on! I don’t know how the device itself gets such good ratings because SmartCheck has bad ratings and I found it to be so frustrating that I’m writing a bad review.
When will SmartCheck be compatible with iPhone 13 Pro??
It’s not compatible with the iPhone 13 Pro yet?? The phone was released a year and a half ago!
Packaging says this works with iPhone13 but most definitely does not. Will not align to the 3-lens camera rendering the device useless and a major waste of money.
Looked up compatible devices and iPhone 13 is there. Spend the money only for it to not be compatible. Do better or fix your website.
Unless you have an old Iphone SmartCheck does not work. Developer should update its product according with the new technology and not expect consumers to get stuck in the past!
Be careful of this product and SmartCheck. Lists that it’s compatible with most iPhones and it is not. I have the 13 and it’s listed as compatible and now it’s useless because SmartCheck won’t work with my phone. Why lie and say it’s compatible?
I have an iPhone 13 pro not even the newest iPhone and it doesn’t work. It needs to advertise that it does not work with new iPhone on the box. Not say it’s compatible with most Apple devices. Because that means it should work with newer iPhones. Called support and they were nice but very confused it took forever to realize what the issue was. That there system is outdated…
I purchased this thinking that it would be awesome only to find that my iPhone 12 ProMax is not compatible, even though the Tylenol website says that it is.
I have sent an email to Tylenol, but who knows if I’ll hear back.
Money wasted it appears.
Very dissatisfied that it does not work with newer model iPhones. My son started pulling at his ear today and I received this as a baby shower gift and thought I’d be able to use it. Everyone in my home has an iPhone 13 or newer so we’re unable to use the device !
SmartCheck should be taken down from SmartCheck Store. Before downloading SmartCheck says it’s compatible this device. After downloading and launching SmartCheck it says not compatible. People speak up and share your reviews until Tylenol team fixes their app.
Super disappointing experience, wasted a bunch of money and hours trying to set up this device. do better Tylenol, develop an app that works on the software of supposedly compatible devices.
Hi, love SmartCheck but I can’t use this with new phones. That’s fine but what’s worse, I can’t even sign in to view previous recordings. At least let me sign in and see my records from my old phone
Enjoying product with one of my old iPhones. Wish there was a physician mode to remove some of the cumbersome clicking before being able to examine.
Less clicking makes life easier.
Hello. This product is great but there needs to be a physician mode. I am a pediatric doctor and love to teach my students how to recognize any ear infection. I’ve had an older version of this device which is near its end of its life. This new version is great, but I need a mode to view images without the arrow, pointing to the eardrum, and a way to record videos to keep on my phone
Had to take off my phone cover, and the initial, one time setup with SmartCheck took a few minutes, but once done, helped me get treatment for my nephew in no time! Beats taking a trip to Urgent Care!
