I want to cancel whilst in free trial before they bill me. I cannot find how to do this. I use apple it’s not showing up in subscriptions as it is not yet one. I need to cancel urgently as I do not like tge app and don’t want to be billed for it.
I have canceled this app and would like a rebate.

Charge your for a 1 year subscription that is more expensive than any other language learning app including Rosetta Stone, Babbel or Duolingo Premium. Compared to those apps this is a one trick pony that tries in a very unsophisticated way to memorize words and phrases. No grammar, no conversation and no conjugations. Just words and phrases you will have no ideas how or when to use in conversation. Do not even bother trying.

I was excited with the app - but got thru only 5 minutes before I hit a technical snag I couldn’t resolve. I was writing a phrase in French and there wasn’t a space key - so the letters all ran together. It couldn’t advance or go back -
I quit and deleted app. It had potential

I downloaded this app to practice french and, truth be told, I didn’t fancy the layout throughly. Just my personal preference. I tried cancelling my subscription and there is no where I can go to cancel it. I messaged ‘support’ 3 times already and no one has stepped in to help out.
