Impossible to use with too many in-app purchase ads

I didn’t download this for longer than 5 minutes before I deleted it. I tried using some settings and they were not user friendly. I tried to translate one word and it wouldn’t translate, just kept taking me to purchase options. I clicked the pronunciation icon once and it said I had exhausted the trial and had to pay $0.99 for any more. This needs to have more free options or just make it a paid app. In-app purchase options are just too much and get in the way of the simplest of tasks. Not worth it.

The second you type anything you’re interrupted by ads even after you purchase the dam* thing. Also, their customer service is horrible. I had an issue with my account and their reply was basically that’s not our problem [PERIOD]. No interest in knowing more about the problem for future reference or in helping a customer whatsoever.
Lacking gender from definitions, trial version

The definitions of the French words don't indicate if nouns are masculine or feminine -- this is really inexcusable since it is one of the main things I look for in the definition. Do the developers know about French usage?
This is a trial version with some features such as audio pronunciation only allowed the first few times. This version has full screen ads that come up when you just want to look up a word-- very annoying.
