App Crashing every time, I try logging. Have been able to open successfully even once.
Tried reporting the issue in App Store, which then takes to a website, after selecting first drop down as - Report quality issue, website does not proceed to next screen to provide issue description.

Update: the school hasn’t been able to give me any information as to why SchoolDismissalManagerSDM is not work and has said I’m not the only one having issues
This is a classic example of an app that is beneficial to the business (the school) and awful for the clients (parents and families). It’s so buggy, and takes entirely too long to deal with. It makes life as a parent of school age children much more difficult than it needs to be.
I have no idea the quality of SchoolDismissalManagerSDM because it just crashes after I hit log in. I uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times.
SchoolDismissalManagerSDM won’t even get past the log in screen. We are now required to use it for school and can’t even get into it. Terrible app and support.

This is the second time I tried to log in and it won’t load.
Use this to check my daughter out but constantly get errors that my session has expired despite just logging in. Spins and won’t load, then you finally get to the screen, hit next and boom, session expired. My poor daughter is always in recall.
Supposed to use SchoolDismissalManagerSDM for my daughter’s school and I can’t even create an account. It says when I go to create an account it gives me an “error” message then it says “Unable to generate forgot password request based on the provided input parameters. Contact your school for assistance. I’m not even trying to get a password I’m trying to create an account to use it and can’t even do that.
I have to continually uninstall and reinstall SchoolDismissalManagerSDM almost every time I need to use it. I have an iPhone 14 pro so it is not that the phone can’t support SchoolDismissalManagerSDM . It seems perhaps SchoolDismissalManagerSDM can’t support the phone.
The constant, repeated (sometimes as many as 10) “your session has timed out” prompts that pop up when you open SchoolDismissalManagerSDM is enough to get you started on a bad foot.
When another parent creates an exception for you to pick up their child, it does not show up in the “Today’s dismissal” section and only lets you know the other parent did what they need to do correctly once you check-in. If I want to know before hand, I just have to pray that everything is right and whatever god you believe in has it right - cause you sure won’t be able to tell it’s right in SchoolDismissalManagerSDM .
Overall, there are multiple confusing sections and options in the parent app which should be pretty simple. SDM needs to work on cleaning up their options and presenting them to the end user better.
SchoolDismissalManagerSDM is usually very slick, both as a parent, and as a principal managing dismissal for a school.
Since the update, on the parent side, it crashes whenever I select a date to enter an exception.
