App Crashing

App Crashing every time, I try logging. Have been able to open successfully even once. Tried reporting the issue in App Store, which then takes to a website, after selecting first drop down as - Report quality issue, website does not proceed to next screen to provide issue description.

I have no idea the quality of the app because it just crashes after I hit log in. I uninstalled and reinstalled it a few times.

This app won’t even get past the log in screen. We are now required to use it for school and can’t even get into it. Terrible app and support.
