I was moved when I saw the brand new mini suvs. Downloaded LagosRide . Utter rubbish! Keeps telling me the OTP is incorrect.
How are we supposed to hail the cabs if something as basic as an app doesn’t work?
Do better guys. If you’re positioning yourself to rival Uber and bolt, the least you can do is have an app that works

I made a deposit in my wallet,when I order for rides,there is always no ride,I have to go some far,then I had to make more deposit and still no ride,my money I can’t withdraw,total crap,LagosRide is messed up 0 rating,bolt is way better

It is very hard to book a ride from the mainland why please I have tried booking a ride countless times and it doesn’t work I have even tried to schedule a ride but it failed me

Ever since I downloaded LagosRide they never have a driver around even when you see their cab beside you. LagosRide is just too useless on my phone.

I just downloaded LagosRide now and app keep closing when I open it.

LagosRide is very limited and not responsive sometimes, real time location of the driver are not fully updated and it takes for very to locates rider even if it is in front of me

The multiple location does calculate trip sometimes which makes the rider avoid it sometimes. I guess a web function solution for LagosRide is necessary to enhance it

Your drivers are always busy and far away…. Not enough drivers in your your app

Your cars are really great but some of your drivers especially the young ones needs to do better in maintaining their cars. One common trait amongst these young drivers is driving and using their phones. Some even watch movies or WhatsApp statuses while driving and I’ve witnessed about 5. I had to ask one of your drivers who was also doing the same, why do you guys use your phones and drive? It’s too common and he says the LASTMA and FRSC can not arrest them for that because they are owned by the government. Please quickly do something about this.

Why is it that when you been logged out you can’t log back in
Like it’s really annoying and then new users can’t use it either been trying to log In since I can’t that’s a great problem apart from that it’s very ok

My first time using Lagos ride and I must say it was a great experience. The driver was very polite and road conscious, he drives very well

It’s nice and nothing more, but you don’t have enough cars in Ikorodu, anytime I order a Uber, it keeps telling me drivers are busy ….I love it but kindly increase your card and drivers.

Great tool but not enough drivers available.
Seems the driver LAGride agreement is not so user friendly. Please work on making more profitable for the drivers to encourage more traffic on the platform. Trusting LagosRide will live long 🙏🏾

The car and the driver is ok, LagosRide is good but needs to be improved compare to Uber and bolt app. Many options needs to be added. Good experience from this app.

Been using similar services for a while now and decided to give Lagride a try. Wonderful experience so far, except for the fact that there are fewer rides than demand, but in due time I believe there will be growth.
